To qualify for a return:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Digital products, eBooks, or downloadable content
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Books that show signs of use, damage, writing, folding, or wear caused after delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund where applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
• Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Quillco is not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
